Techno-Functional Analyst – Oracle NetSuite
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst Oracle NetSuite with hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP configurations, and support. This role bridges business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring NetSuite is effectively configured to support finance and operational processes.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of NetSuite modules, business workflows, data structures, and integrations, along with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure and support core NetSuite modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and system setups.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and third-party applications.
• Assist with data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and system cutover activities.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to NetSuite configurations and system behavior.
•Work cross-functionally to translate business requirements and business processes.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct user training, UAT support, and post-go-live assistance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation or support roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and system configuration.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, saved searches, workflows, and roles/permissions.
• Basic understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and integrations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Oracle NetSuite certification is a plus.
